Dearest Prayer Warriors:
I Praise God for all those who prayed for Debbie last night at our prayer meeting as well as all over the country - in homes - in your car - in your own Bible studies and at your churches.
This afternoon when I went to visit her again - she still didn't open her eyes or respond to me. I sat on her bed for quite awhile and just read scripture to her, then prayed for her, then turned up the praise music that others had brought.
Then I got in her face and I began talking to her. I kept saying my name to her and asking her if she could hear me. I asked her if she could say my name. Her eyes began to flutter like she was really trying to open them. So I encouraged her to open her eyes. I said to her, "Come on Debbie, come back 'to the land of the living' and open those eyes for me. Can you say my name? Can you say, Stephanie?"
Then she opened her eyes and whispered my name. I almost jumped off the bed. I asked her about another friend, Kate. I told her that Kate was there earlier in the morning along with her other good friends too. "Can you say Kate?" She whispered Kate's name. Then she began to cry and talk with me. We cried together and talked as she fought her way back into the land of the living. By the time her husband came in - she was fully awake again and she ate almost two full dinner meals that were left on the tray for her and her husband. We got her up and walked her a bit too. After more than 10 days of being in that catatonic coma - God brought her back - through YOUR prayers!
She has a really long road ahead. Please keep praying that she does not go back inside herself. Pray for her family in the decisions that they have to make tomorrow about her further care.
Her other friends, Dee and another Stephanie really pulled together to get the prayer ball rolling in the last few days. We need to bathe her in prayer from now on.
Many of you have left messages and e-Mails wondering how she is. Her father brought her two young daughters to the hospital before I left and the reunion was a special time.
It was amazing to see how God's people have pulled together for this family in prayer and support to help them. God kept showing several scriptures over and over.
It was these:
Psalm 139 the entire psalm but these verses in particular:
11 If I say, "Surely the darkness will hide me
and the light become night around me,"
12 even the darkness will not be dark to you;
the night will shine like the day,
for darkness is as light to you.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Psalm 63:7-8
7 Because You are my help,
I sing in the shadow of Your wings.
8 My soul clings to You;
Your right hand upholds me.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
2 Corinthians 4:16 [The Message]
16 So we're not giving up. How could we! Even though on the outside it often looks like things are falling apart on us, on the inside, where God is making new life, not a day goes by without his unfolding grace.
Choosing Great JOY,
Stephanie

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME! All praise, honor and glory are yours Almighty Father forever and ever more!
ReplyDeleteThank you Lord for opening the eyes of your sweet and loving daughter Debbie. Thank you for hearing our cries and prayers as they soared ever so swiftly up into the highest of heavenlies into your Throne Room of Grace and placed sweetly at your feet and within your ears. Thank you for your Divine Intervention and Miraculous healing in reaching inside of Debbie and messaging her mind, heart and soul as your Word was being spoken to her and prayed for her, as worship music was played and heard by your ears and hers. Thank you for using Stephanie that day and speaking through her with specific scriptures that you alerted her to. Thank you in advance for continuing to bring full circle your Miracle of life back into Debbie and by blowing your refreshing breath back into her. Thank you for orchestrating the many, many people that you did to pray and intercede for her and her family and in doing so, every one obeyed your commands.
Oh how I love you so Dear Heavenly Father. I thank you for this precious gift of life and for the precous gifts of life to all that you have created by your hand in Jesus precious name. Amen.
I love you Stephanie! Praise God for you and so many interceding on her behalf. My prayers are continuing to be said.
Love, hugs, blessings & prayers,
Alleluiabelle
Please continue to pray for Debbie and her little girls, especially. Even though she came out of the coma for many hours - she reverted back again the next morning. Now there is a chance that her 'care' will be put into the hands of a social worker rather than her family. I have no way of knowing if this is a good thing or not... ONLY GOD KNOWS. So please pray for wisdom - for the doctors - for the family - for the social worker's decisions - and for Debbie herself.
ReplyDeletePerhaps God used that time [back in the land of the living] to give all of us - her little girls and even Debbie - the glimmer of HOPE that only God can give!
Choosing JOY,
Stephanie

Dear Heavenly Father,
ReplyDeleteMy prayers go out to you this night for Debbie's swift return again back "to the land of living", to her husband, her little girls, her family and for her great testimony to the entire world. It will be through Your Divine and Miraculous Intervention that she comes back this time to stay, all for your glory Father.
Oh Father, we love you, worship you, praise you, honor you, glorify you, adore you, place all of our faith, hope and trust in you and stand tall and firm on your Word. I stand this night and the days following with everyone interceding for Debbie's full return.
Father, all of us are gathered around her this night and we gently lift her from her bed and soar with her up into the highest of heavenlies and place her in your loving arms of grace, tenderness and mercy.
Father we kneel before you in a circle with heads bowed in deep fervent prayer for the healing and return your loving daughter that you created.
Father, we ask that the healing blood of Jesus Christ be poured upon Debbie from the top of her head to the very souls of her feet. We ask that she be washed clean from the inside out over and over again with the healing blood of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. We humbly ask that by Your Divine Hand she be healed from all sickness consuming her body right now, whether it be physical, mental, emotional or whatever the case is. You know Father. You know. We are standing firm on your promises and your Word. We have strong faith, belief and receive her healing for her in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. All of our Faith, Hope, Love and Trust are in you Father and in your son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. By His stripes we are all healed!
Father we also humbly ask for Your Miraculous Divine Intervention for Debbie's entire situation surrounding her. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that as we proclaim her Victory Over Darkness and healing for her, that all of her needs are taken care of, that her husband and little girls will shout out with joy and jubilation at the return of their wife and mom. We stand firm on your promises and Word and trust in all decisions that have been made thus far and we leave every decision from this day forward totally and completely in your hands. We place everything regarding Debbie and her sweet family into your hands, and trust that your will is being done in the name of the Jesus Christ. We will not allow any kind of doubt or fear to enter our hearts as intercessors because you are taking care of this sweet daughter of yours as we pray this night. All is in Your Divine Hands Father. All wisdom, knowledge and guidance are being given to the doctors and anyone having anything to do with Debbie through you. They are seeing everything now through your eyes, hearing with your ears and speaking with your mouth. This we strongly put our faith, hope and trust in Father in Jesus precious name.
We sing loudly in worship to you this night Father as we are kneeled before you. We sing our songs of high praise, love, honor, glory, adoration and thankfulness for all that you have done and are doing at this moment in time in Jesus precious name.
We ask that you fill Debbie's room here on earth with your multitudes of angels and warring angels. We ask that they be encamped around her and her family at all times. We ask that there be thousands upon ten thousands of your angels surrounding them and that a strong hedge of protection be encircled around all of them now and forever more. She is being watched along with her family and cared for by your Divine Intervention and by your armies of angelic beings all in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
Thank you Father in advance for the miracles that are occuring this very night within Debbie and her family. We thank you with steadfast faith, hope, love and trust in Jesus precious name. Amen.
